Check to elect ISPE membership

If you elect ISPE membership, no additional payment is required if paying the non member fee; however, before your membership is activated, you will be REQUIRED to complete a membership application and return it to ISPE. Once membership is activated it is non-transferable.

All registration must be accompanied by full payment. The registration fee includes tea breaks, lunches, Pharma Nite and a set of conference proceedings

1. Group discount of 5% off the applicable published rate for the 4th and subsequent delegates from the same company
2. Non-member rate for the Conference and Package includes one-year ISPE membership upon submission of application form
3. Non-member registration for workshops only is not inclusive of one-year ISPE membership

CHEQUE PAYMENT

All cheque payment must be made payable to REED EXHIBITIONS PTE LTD and mailed to ISPE Singapore Conference 2008 at Reed Exhibitions Pte Ltd, The Signature, 51 Changi Business Park Central 2, #07-01, Singapore 486066. Please indicate the respective names(s) of delegate(s) and the conference name at the back of the cheque. All payment are to reach us latest by 23 May 2008

TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER

Payment by telegraphic transfer must be made payable to REED EXHIBITIONS PTE LTD. Account no:0-707792-019, SWIFT CODE: CITI SGSG Citibank N.A., 3 Temasek Avenue, #14-00 Centennial Tower, Singapore 039190. Please indicate ‘ISPE Singapore Conference 2008’, name(s) of delegates (S) and the order number when remitting payment. All payment are to reach us latest by 23 May 2008. Bank charges are to be deducted from the participating organisation’s own account and the full fee must be received by the event organizer.
