Important Notes to ALL Exhibitors
- Please read the instructions in the exhibitor manual carefully to plan effectively for the show.
- Please take note of the setup and dismantling time in the Timetable of In-Hall Operations.
- Please read the Freight and Shipping Instructions if you are planning to ship exhibits and/or deliver heavy or bulky exhibits.
- The compulsory forms to complete by ALL exhibitors are: acknowledgement slip and checklist.
- Do take note of the submission datelines stipulated by the official contractors.
- With the exception of Exhibitors with Raw Space Package, ALL exhibitors have to complete Form E1-Fascia Name. Singapore Pavilion Exhibitors have to ensure that the fascia name must be the same as the Name of Company in the Business Registration Certificate.
